RAMBAN, MAY 13: Sub Divisional Magistrate Ramsoo, Syed MazahirHussain Shah, who is also the Chairman of the Business Help Desk (BHD) Ramsoounder Mission YUVA, today chaired a review meeting to assess the functioning ofthe BHD and review progress achieved under the Mission.

The meeting was attended by managers of J&K Bank branchesacross the jurisdiction, representatives from the Agriculture Department, YUVADoots, Motivators, and BHD staff.

During the meeting, a detailed review of sanction and disbursementcases under Mission YUVA was undertaken. Various key performance indicatorsrelated to the functioning of BHD Ramsoo were also deliberated upon in detail.

The SDM interacted with bank managers, BHD staff, Motivators,and YUVA Doots, and stressed the need to enhance the number of newapplications, ensure timely disposal of pending cases with banks, strengthencoordination with banking institutions, conduct regular Udyam Jagritiprogrammes, and hold weekly review meetings of BHDs for effective implementationof self-employment initiatives under Mission YUVA.

He also emphasized effective coordination with YUVA Doots anddirected the conduct of quarterly review meetings involving bank officials,BPMs, Motivators, and YUVA Doots to ensure better monitoring and implementationof the Mission.

The SDM further directed the concerned officials to conductcapacity-building programmes for all left-out beneficiaries so that they becomeeligible for subsidy release.

The meeting concluded with a commitment from all stakeholders towork in close coordination for the successful implementation of Mission YUVAand to further strengthen employment generation and self-employmentopportunities across the block.
